Amanda Jones

Fun fact about Amanda: she’s perpetually curious. Even on far-flung vacations miles from home, she’s quick to notice the curve of a countertop or an exuberantly tiled backsplash. That’s classic Amanda. She’s got a keen eye for design and an insatiable appetite for learning. After attending UC Berkeley’s Interior Design program and managing her own remodels, Amanda sees things though a different lens. It's this fresh perspective that earned her highly sought-after a spot amongst Compass San Francisco’s founding agents and the top 2% of San Francisco agents overall.  

Bolstered by two decades in the industry, Amanda took the helm of her eponymous team in 2005, spearheading Amanda Jones Advisory & Associates. A small, boutique advisory known for high-touch client care, Amanda and her associates take on a limited number of clients each year. Experts in co-ownership sales including condominiums, tenancies-in-common, and multi-unit, the reputable realtor also works with attorneys, accountants, and private money lenders on trustee, probate and tenant occupied properties.

A natural leader with a collaborative spirit and hands-on approach, Amanda’s seen her fair share of market cycles, making her an expert in her field. She’s quick to anticipate needs and has a sixth sense for identifying a good fit for her buyers. On the sellers’ side, she’s got a special gift for orchestrating contractors and stagers when prepping a home for sale. At the end of the day, it’s Amanda’s positive energy and joy for her profession that truly sets her apart. 

Married to a general contractor (big bonus, there!), Amanda and her husband reside in Lower Pacific Heights with their pup, Speedy. You may have seen the trio exploring Lafayette Park on the weekends or taking neighborhood walk or hike in San Francisco. A lover of Pilates, Barre class, and podcasts, we’re not the least bit surprised to hear that Amanda stays current by attending classes in her industry and outside interests. True to her liberal arts background, Amanda hasn’t stopped reading and exploring since her early days at Colgate University.
